True Web based Interface
Voistore Live is the new-generation, highly expandable call recorder with a true web based interface.
Because it is designed to be fully network compatible you can configure, control and retrieve calls at will via the internet as well as the LAN.
It even supports 'Real-time' monitoring from multiple remote workstations.
Advanced voice compression
Voistore Live utilises the latest G.723.1 compression algorithm offering outstanding sound quality together with extremely high compression rates from just 6.3bps.
Voice files compressed using the G.723.1 algorithm are typically 5 times smaller than the equivalent recording stored using conventional ADPCM encoding.
For instance, 70GB of hard disk capacity would be enough to record as much as 25,000 hours.
Fast search and retrieval
The low-bandwidth audio streaming technology means that recordings are delivered extremely quickly, minimising the risk of network bottlenecks. The advanced design lets you search, retrieve and playback calls with impressive simplicity and speed. Searches can be made across a network with multiple recorders using channel and agent ID.
Comprehensive Integration
Voistore offers trunk-side, extension-side and IP recording with integration via data or CTI port with a wide range of PBXs, ACDs, Turrets and CTI Middleware as well as open architecture based on COM, Microsoft's latest programming model. It supports SQL for easy querying and retrieval for superior real-time CTI capabilities.

Voistore Live offers Total recording, Selective recording, CTI Recording, Time scheduled recording, Event Driven recording, Rules based recording, Random Recording and Real time monitoring.
Call archiving and audit trail Voistore Live is supplied with a DVD-RAM drive for archiving. This can be easily expanded to include Juke Box or networked Storage Server backup options if required.
Seamless CTI Interface
Voistore Live allows you to monitor and record all the calls throughout the CTI call centre. Using the powerful built-in database searching and reporting facilities, a wide range of call information can be retrieved by various search criteria.
Typically, database fields can include Caller ID, Agent ID, Customer reference number and Campaign ID. Voistore Live supports free-seating so that calls made by a specific agent/trader can be searched immediately and played back quickly regardless of the location / extension used.
Easy to access a call
Voistore Live saves call information in an advanced central database, which is easily searched using the web browser interface. This capitalises on the existing, familiar IT infrastructure to give virtually instant call playback from any authorised PC. Access is controlled via password-protected user accounts.
A located call can be saved simply for e-mailing or manipulation using an industry standard voice file editor. The save format can be selected as either the universal standard WAV or, for minimum file size, using the compressed WMA format.
