The use of open industry standards ensures maximum protection of your investment in order to be able to connect to standards compliant technologies and future developments.
ETSI - Ascotel supports full ETSI standards, meaning full ISDN2e or ISDN30e connectivity from the network operator, right down to the handset level.
Q.SIG - Ascotel fully supports the networking standards set by ETSI.
TAPI 1.4 and 2.1 Ascotel supports the full Microsoft TAPI standards for both 1st & 3rd party CTI.
GAP - Ascotel supports the latest DECT standard.
VoIP- Ascotel supports the Cisco approved H.323 standard.
With all of the above in place, you can be confident that your initial investment is protected for the .future, enabling applications such as 1st or 3rd party CTI, DECT, Voicemail, Unified Messaging, VoIP .and VPN/Q.SIG.
Further to above, I have pleasure in confirming that we fully support Phonesystems.ie as an Aastra appointed ‘Gold Plus Partner’. This status is the top dealer accreditation level and is in recognition of partner investment in customer support for the Astra range of products and achievement of ISO 9002. In the unlikely event of Phonesystems.ie being unavailable to maintain an Ascotel system, I confirm that Aastra can, as an approved maintainer, provide ongoing maintenance for Phonesystems.ie.
